Doses: 2 Tabs twice a day after meal for 3 months.
Do’s: Cream, ghee, milk, green leafy vegetables, carrot, beet, almond, fruits, dates, black currents and raisins, nachani, rajgira.
Don’t: Spicy, heavy food, excessive work, stale food, late night sleep, smoking, alcohol consumption.
