RETURN POLICY


* Wrong product Shipped - All are executive take care that the Product ordered has to be of the same company that has been order with same quantity and amount, but if you received the product that you have not order we are ready to refund amount once product is shipped back to us and in proper packing We request you to ship the product back to us with proper courier partner and we will ship back the product you have ordered or else refund the amount as per your call.

*Damaged Product: We ensure 100% refund of the amount for any damaged product that you have received. But only you share the image of the product via whatspp on 9423242363 immediately within 12hrs from the receipt of parcel. Kindly do not return back the damaged parcel just share the images and we would be happy to assisit you immediately. We also request you to be extra alert if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quantity with invoice while accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery and take a photo or image of the same and send it to sales@rajved.in or Whatsapp us at 8983023033/9423242363 along with your order number.

CANCELLATION

In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly call us and inform us about the same. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been processed. Order cannot be cancelled once processed.If Incase due to shortage of stock by the manufacturer same will be informed to you and upon request the order will be cancelled.

Fair pricing policy

We expect you to understand that the price of ayurvedic product tends to change on time and we request you to please bear with us and pay the difference amount we will even share the images of the product if you want the same on your whatsapp to confirm the same. We request only if the price hike is more than 5% of the initial price of the product. Orders cannot be cancelled if there is price hike and customer is intimated for the same.

We are pretty much happy to refund the excess amount charged if any if you send the product image on 9423242363 within 48 hrs from the receipt of product.

RETURNS AFTER SHIPPING.

Once the order is shipped/processed we do not entertain any type of refunds except for wrong product shipped or damaged product received.

REFUNDS

When we received the product back to our warehouse, it will be sent for quality checking. Refund process will be initiated, Once our quality checker team found that product is undamaged and with original packaging. The amount of the product will be credited directly to your Account. Please Note that Shipping charges and COD charges you paid are not refundable in any case. The refund process will completed within 48 working hrs from the time of refund initiation.

In exceptional cases like product out of stock, Refund will be given to direct your bank account. For that refund process will initiate within 7 working days, then it will take more 7 to 10 days to complete the refund process as it depends on different banks.
